Delivery Zone
Delivery is available only to addresses within a limited radius of our bakery, verified at checkout by ZIP code.
We keep delivery focused to preserve freshness and reduce environmental impact. The delivery zone covers most nearby residential areas but excludes outer districts and hills beyond our logistical range. The cutoff is precise—any ZIP starting outside the zone triggers an immediate alert at checkout. We use third-party aggregators with fixed routing; adding even one extra mile would compromise delivery timing and baked-good integrity.
Delivery runs on certain days between morning hours only. This narrow window reflects when ovens are warmest and drivers are most available. Orders placed before a set cutoff time can be included if within the zone—later orders may still be accepted but scheduled for a later date. On snowy or stormy days, service may pause briefly; we notify customers in advance if disruptions are anticipated.
We periodically review delivery zones as neighborhoods and traffic patterns evolve. If your ZIP falls just outside the line, consider combining an order with a neighbor or arranging porch-side pickup at a central point. The feedback loop from our riders helps us refine service boundaries—what’s possible today may expand with better routing tools, but safety and quality remain non-negotiable.
